The Instructor
Mike Dennis is a self-made real estate investor, trainer & consultant with 30 year experience. At age 23 he became Ohio’s youngest real estate professor, and is widely regarded as one of the industry’s premier instructors. Mike has taught collegiate real estate courses at Bowling Green State University, Lorain County Community College and Cuyahoga Community College since 1993. He has trained thousands of investors and is known for his empowering lectures and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Mike earned his MBA from the University of Toledo and is the founder and CEO of the growing internet platform ServiceSold.com, an online marketplace for home improvement and construction services. He has worked as a real estate TV and radio talk show host, an Ohio REI club trainer, and has advised some of the industry’s most successful businesses, celebrities and investors including former housing court judge the Honorable Ronald J. H. O’Leary.
